Candidates who do not hold this clearance are not eligible for hire.\n\nSolidus is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer, providing enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support to an operational government customer within the Intelligence Community. This position manages projects or processes with minimal oversight and provides measurable input to new products, processes or standards in operational plans to implement customer integrations and/or objectives. The position works in a SCIF environment with flexible work hours to accommodate work/life balance practices.\n\nDay in the Life:\n\nProvide systems engineering and integration support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule and implement projects from inception through system transition\nCommunicate with many levels of program, other contractors and government stakeholders and works to positively influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures and practices\nManage system integration projects and provide reliable data to the Customer enabling them to make informed decisions regarding the installation, integration checkout and test of operational system modifications and upgrades\nOther duties as assigned\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience:\nBachelor's degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred)\n8 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience\nExperience with Systems Engineering, to include installation, integration and test support\nExperience with Engineering technical and project management\nExperience with internal and external customers in a team environment (Government, Military, SETA, and Contractor.)\nExperience with Request For Change (RFC) impact reviews and assessment experience\nAn active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly\nCultural fit amongst a collaborative team environment\n\nPreferred Qualifications & Experience:\nExperienced with Customer NSIS and/or rapid delivery methods\nExperience with strong customer relationships\nExperience working across contract and location boundaries\nExperience with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence and MBSE/CAMEO beneficial\nProgramming/Scripting languages (C++, Java, Python, etc.) preferred, but not required\nStrong Systems Engineering Background\n\nBenefit selection, customer contractual specifications, relevant work experience, skills, competencies, certifications, and clearance status will influence the final salary.\nFull benefits: $137,000 to $172,000 annually\nReduced benefits (no medical, dental, vision): Up to $185,000 annually\n\nWhat we will bring:\nSolidus offers you an exciting opportunity to tackle the nation's greatest challenges applying innovation and expertise to produce cutting-edge results that have a long-lasting impact.
