This role involves supporting licensing projects for fintech and financial services clients, including preparing, submitting, and tracking regulatory filings and applications. The Licensing Associate will review regulatory requirements, coordinate documentation, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research on licensing frameworks, communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, and assisting in the development and refinement of licensing processes and best practices.
