Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area for a Culinary Director. The Culinary Director will oversee the culinary vision, drive menu development, manage purchasing, control kitchen operations, and ensure quality standards are consistently met. This role involves leading a talented team, maintaining an innovative and creative approach to cuisine, and supporting the overall guest experience within our spaces. The Culinary Director will also collaborate on aligning the menu offerings with No White Plates’ mission of celebrating culture and hospitality. Qualifications Proven expertise in Cooking and advanced Culinary SkillsExtensive knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage managementProficiency in Menu Development and crafting innovative dining experiencesHands-on experience in Purchasing and vendor managementStrong leadership, organizational, and team management skillsCommitment to fostering creativity, cultural appreciation, and inclusivityPrior experience as an Executive Chef or Culinary Director is preferredCulinary degree or equivalent industry certifications are a plus
