You'll translate engineering intent into clear, repeatable training programs and certify readiness across the production and NPI line.\n\nYou should have the following\n\n4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Technical Training, or similar roles\nPeople leadership experience\nProven ability to design, manage, and deliver training programs from concept to completion\nStrong facilitation skills — able to engage and train both technicians and leaders\nExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects\nExperience in a manufacturing or production environment strongly preferred\nStrong collaborator and communicator who can partner effectively with cross-functional teams\nData-driven mindset with a focus on training impact and measurable outcomes\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience building or maintaining a formal technician certification program, training matrix, or LMS for a manufacturing team\nBackground in aerospace, drones, robotics, electronics, defense manufacturing, or another high-reliability hardware environment\nHands-on experience with production test, inspection, troubleshooting, rework, or quality processes, especially in a fast ramp or NPI environment\nFamiliarity with Lean, 5S, standard work, root cause analysis, or continuous improvement methods used to improve technician performance\nExperience training across multiple shifts, products, or sites while keeping training standards consistent and records audit-ready\n\nUS Salary Range\n\n$101,000 - $142,000 USD\n\nThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
