About the RoleWe are seeking a Family Law Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated attorney with experience, or a strong interest, in family law. This is a part-time (20-25 hours per week) hybrid role based in Somerset, New Jersey.   Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence casesDraft motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and legal correspondenceAppear in court hearings, mediations, and negotiationsMaintain strong communication and personalized support for clientsCollaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case managementStay current on New Jersey family law statutes and proceduresWhat We Are Looking ForJ.D. and active New Jersey Bar licenseMinium of 1 year of experience (experience in family law or judicial clerkship is a plus)Excellent litigation, negotiation, and client communication skillsComfortable with frequent courtroom appearances and direct client interactionDemonstrated ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain productivity in a hybrid work environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple casesProficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and case management systemsWhat We OfferSalary: $75,000– $95,000, commensurate with experienceFlexible part-time schedule (20 to 25 hours per week)Bonus opportunities CLE reimbursement and professional developmentHealth insurance and retirement plans This is an ideal role for an attorney seeking meaningful work, career growth, and work-life balance.How to ApplyTo apply, please submit the following to ATTN: Kisha M.
