Maintenance Technician 2nd ShiftKeep our highly automated Gas Spring production facility running at peak performance. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Respond to and resolve equipment breakdowns quickly and efficientlyPerform electrical, electronic, and mechanical repairsExecute and support preventative maintenance programsTroubleshoot equipment issues across hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systemsRead and interpret electrical, electronic, and mechanical schematicsLog all maintenance and repair activity in SAP-PMCommunicate equipment status clearly to production supervisionSupport continuous improvement initiatives including leak detection, safety items, and 5SFollow all applicable safety, environmental, and electrical codesAssociate's Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or military equivalent OR minimum 10 years of industrial maintenance experience25 years of hands-on experience in electronics, mechanical, or military fieldsStrong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsAbility to read blueprints and schematics; proficient with measuring tools (voltmeter, calipers, micrometers, dial indicators)Working knowledge of SAP-PM and Microsoft OfficeSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and lead others when neededFlexible to accommodate schedule changes based on business needs$2/hour shift premium for 2nd shiftOvertime opportunitiesHands-on experience with cutting-edge automated production equipmentCompetitive salary and benefitsCareer growth within a global manufacturing organization
