You will maintain and enhance the systems that distribute and structure our content for LLM platforms, directly influencing visibility and authority in the next generation of search.\r\nYour Areas of Focus\r\nAI Content Infrastructure\r\nMaintain and optimize our AI content infrastructure, including JSONL feeds, chunking strategy, vector databases, and public APIs.\r\nDesign scalable workflows to analyze and process large sets of URLs efficiently (batch and incremental approaches).\r\nBalance cost, performance, and quality when working with LLM and API-based systems.\r\nEnsure systems are reliable, versioned, and reproducible.\r\nContent & Semantic Optimization\r\nPartner with the AEO Content Lead to audit and refine content quality for LLM extraction.\r\nMaintain and evolve our entity taxonomy and structured data strategy.\r\nDesign extractable content formats across different asset types.\r\nSupport analysis of content overlap and consolidation opportunities using structured methods.\r\nWorkflow Management & Governance\r\nContribute to the design and orchestration of multi-step content workflows (e.g., ingestion, parsing, extraction, scoring).\r\nImplement safeguards to prevent duplicate processing and ensure consistent outputs.\r\nMaintain documentation, logs, and auditability of scoring logic and entity definitions.\r\nPerformance & Measurement\r\nMonitor feed freshness, embedding quality, API availability, and system performance.\r\nTrack LLM citation behavior and surface content gaps or optimization opportunities.\r\nSupport structured experimentation to understand performance changes over time.\r\nCollaborate with SEO, analytics, and product marketing to align reporting and insights.\r\nYour Professional Qualifications\r\n3+ years in a technical role bridging content and engineering (e.g., SEO Engineer, Growth Engineer, Content Systems Engineer).\r\nProficiency with APIs and data formats (JSONL, REST, webhooks).\r\nExperience with vector databases and embeddings (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).\r\nScripting ability in Python or JavaScript.\r\nSolid understanding of schema.org and structured data principles.\r\nExperience working with data analysis tools (SQL, GA4, Looker, or similar).\r\nFamiliarity with workflow orchestration tools or equivalent programmatic workflow design.\r\n(Nice-to-have) Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity).\r\n(Nice-to-have) Familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA).\r\nWhat Success Looks Like\r\nContent systems are consistently operational and reliable across target AI platforms.\r\nStructured workflows are in place for processing, monitoring, and optimizing content feeds.\r\nClear visibility into citation performance and content gaps.\r\nScalable processes that support long-term AI-first content strategy.\r\nAbout Mozaiq\r\nMozaiq is a fully remote team with roots in the US and Eastern Europe.
