Assistant Construction Project ManagerWe are looking for an Assistant Construction Project Manager for a client in the Wilmington, DE area. This is a direct hire position with benefits.ResponsibilitiesWork directly with project managers to help implement project goalsAssign duties to staff to implement project goals, as neededOversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project executionOverview project goals and ensure project goals are achievableLiaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacyAssist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goalsReview project implementation and gather data on project executionCoordinate with project managers and other project leads following project executionQualificationsAssociates or Bachelors DegreeMinimum 2 years of proven and successful experience in the construction industryExperience in Pharma projects and GC environment is a required.
