We look forward to you applying for this position.Basic Job Functions: Assembly Responsibilities:Rotates to each production line on a regular basis and is able to perform each assembly expertlyInspects raw materials for qualityPerforms mechanical assembly according to manufacturing assembly processesDocuments quality at various stages of production and documents quality testsAudits product when ready for shipment when neededWorks according to the maxims of the companyContinuous Improvement and Quality Improvement:Actively participate in continuous improvement in the following ways:Flow and pull value One-Piece FlowMistake-Proofing5SVisual WorkplaceKanban SystemsQuality at the Source (QATS)Success in this area would result in the company being able to meet the following KPI’s:Shipments/Employee (shipping more with less) Physical Requirements: Close vision, Color vision Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Ability to extensively use hands to assemble product Ability to use arms and hands to reach and twist repetitively Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs / week commitment. Generally work Monday-Thursday, 6:00am – 4:00pm.
