Passionate Caregiver
Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in need of care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a commitment to providing personalized care in various settings, including homes, assisted living facilities, and group homes.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitor and document vital signs and changes in client health status.
Administer medications as prescribed and assist with care plans.
Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
Support clients with mobility needs, including the use of Hoyer lifts when necessary.
Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining client confidentiality.
Provide specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or developmental disabilities.
Requirements
Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home health, nursing homes, or hospice care is preferred.
Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
Experience working with individuals with autism or other disabilities is a plus.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by client needs.
Strong patient observation skills to identify changes in client conditions.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and their families.
Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and vital sign assessment.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
