Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288:\nTechnical Process Area - Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, and Disposal.\nProject Process Area - Project Planning, Project Assessment and Control, Decision Management, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Information Management, and Measurement.\nEnterprise (Organizational Project-Enabling) Process Area - Project Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Management, Lifecycle Model Management, Human Resource Management, and Quality Management.\nAgreement Process Area - Acquisition and Supply.\n\nQualifications\nRequires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph\nBS + 2 yrs experience\nAutonomous Dataflow Plan Engineering: Synthesize high-level operational requirements into detailed, end-to-end dataflow plans–defining ingest points, transformation steps, security/compliance boundary crossings, and destination endpoints.\nIndependent Problem Solution: Analyze and resolve complex dataflow routing issues where standardized documentation or procedures are insufficient or non-existent.\nRapid Domain Acquisition: Independently research, analyze, and master new or unfamiliar systems and tools to address emerging operational needs.\nSOP Adaptation and Knowledge Capture: Leverage existing baseline documentation as a preliminary guide, while synthesizing tailor-made solutions into formal, repeatable procedures and technical recommendations.\n\nDesired Qualifications:\nTooling and Workflow Tracking: Familiarity with knowledge management and ticketing tools such as Confluence and Jira.
