This is a hands-on role that requires a detail-oriented, reliable individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to firearm safety. You will be responsible for test firing and inspecting Shadow Systems firearms, ensuring each product meets our rigorous quality standards.\nThis is the person we are looking for:\nThe ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, safety driven individual who takes pride in their work and self-discipline. They are comfortable working in a fast paced, controlled test fire environment, strictly following all safety protocols. They must also understand the importance of consistency, documentation, and quality standards.\nThis person demonstrates strong mechanical aptitude, can identify irregularities during test firing, and communicates issues clearly to management.
