Work with clients to transform the way they use and manage data by architecting modern data platforms, data products, and marketplaces focusing on improving data supply chain, reengineering processes, enhancing risk control, and enabling intelligence by harnessing advanced technologies.\r\nLead cross-functional teams, propose new technologies, develop thought leadership, and cultivate business development opportunities while ensuring quality client services.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nLead end-to-end data architecture and engineering solutions for financial services clients.\r\nPerform assessments, recommend remediation strategies, and design/implement future-state data and analytics solutions.\r\nManage and coach diverse teams, ensuring project task and timeline accountability.\r\nDrive new technologies to enhance or replace existing business processes and deliver white papers, proofs of concept.\r\nEngage and influence large teams and functional leaders.\r\nMaintain long-term client relationships and develop new business opportunities.\r\nMinimum Requirements\r\nMust have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Analytics or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience, or a Master's degree and 4 years of related work experience.\r\nMust have 3 years of combined experience in the banking, capital markets, insurance, and/or wealth and asset management industry.\r\nMust have 3 years of experience assisting clients with strategic Data Architecture and Engineering, Cloud Data Modernization, Data Products, Data Mesh, Data Fabric, Big Data initiatives and/or Event-driven Architecture.\r\nMust have 3 years of experience with traditional data architecture practices such as Master Data Management, Operational Data Analytics, Customer Data Hub, and/or Data Warehousing.\r\nMust have 3 years of experience with Next-Gen platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, or distributed databases).\r\nMust have 3 years of experience architecting and designing large data platforms, data warehouses, streaming applications, ingestion pipelines, storage patterns, and data integration pipelines.\r\nMust have 3 years of experience with at least one of the following\r\nTraditional RDBMS (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)\r\nMPP (Redshift, Synapse, Teradata, Vertica, Netezza)\r\nNoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j, Titan, Elasticsearch)\r\nStreaming (Spark streaming, Kafka, Confluent, Storm)\r\nDevOps (Github, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform)\r\nData Modeling (Data Vault, Star, Snowflake, Canonical)\r\nRequires domestic and regional travel up to 60%.\r\nEmployer accepts any suitable combination of education, training or experience.\r\nBenefits\r\nCompetitive base salary of $181,020.00 per year with Total Rewards package including medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
