You'll build, coach, and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on acquiring new logos across the United States.This isn't a maintenance role — you'll work directly with leadership to define the US Enterprise Sales playbook from the ground up, shaping how Dash0 wins in one of its most strategic markets. If you've built a sales team before and want to do it again at a company where the product actually sells itself, this is your opportunity.What You'll DocWhat You Bring5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing an enterprise sales teamA consistent track record of exceeding team revenue targets in a metrics-driven environmentExperience building or scaling a sales team from the ground up — hiring, onboarding, and coaching AEs through their first dealsStrong deal execution skills with a command of value-based sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar)Ability to operate as a player-coach — leading by example in the field while developing your team behind the scenesOutstanding communication and presentation skills, both with customers and internal stakeholdersNice to HaveExperience selling observability, DevOps, or cloud-native infrastructure productsFamiliarity with the OpenTelemetry ecosystemExisting relationships with enterprise technology leaders in the USExperience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environmentWhy Dash0This is a unique opportunity to help build a generational company.
