Applicants will be responsible for supporting engineering teams during development, integration, and testing of prototype systems in a collaborative, multidisciplinary engineering environment. This position offers applicants exposure to all parts of the R&D process, from first-principle analysis through prototyping and testing of integrated systems. By working closely with mechanical, electrical, software, and systems engineers, applicants will create and execute test plans, collect and analyze data, and help validate prototype system performance against design requirements. APS works on exciting, technically challenging research & development programs where multidisciplinary teams work closely to address difficult national security needs. At APS, you will work in a small company environment where technical and administrative excellence are rewarded, and an entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged.
