Customer Service Representative
This position will support and manage new and existing customer accounts, and function as the customer advocate to deliver on commitments and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Strong preference to candidate with military or law enforcement background.
Primary Responsibilities
Support and manage new and existing customer accounts
Function as the customer advocate to deliver on commitments and ensure customer satisfaction
Support business development as an internal resource
Develop quotes for individuals, dealers, distributors, government agencies and OEM accounts
Receive and verify new orders received via email, phone, fax, U.S. postal and website. Enter verified orders into the accounting system and provide the customer an order confirmation.
Answer incoming calls and route calls to the appropriate department or personnel
Support walk-in customers as needed
Required Competencies and Expectations
Proficient using Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with military and/or law enforcement gear/equipment
Prior relevant work experience preferred
Previous military and/or law enforcement experience preferred
Steady work history
Proficient organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and work well in a fast pace, team oriented environment
Detail oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction at all times
Fluent speaking, reading and writing in English, and fully capable of following written and verbal instructions
