This role serves as the technical authority for data management, ensuring data assets are secure, accessible, scalable, and aligned with business processes.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop enterprise data strategies, roadmaps, standards, and governance frameworks.\nDesign and maintain scalable data architectures supporting business and mission requirements.\nCreate and manage conceptual, logical, and physical data models.\nLead Data Governance, Data Security, Master Data Management (MDM), Metadata Management, and Data Quality initiatives.\nDefine how data is stored, integrated, accessed, consumed, and managed across systems and applications.\nDesign data integration solutions and establish linkages between enterprise systems.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and database administrators to ensure effective data management and accessibility.\nDevelop enterprise data inventories, business vocabularies, taxonomies, and information models.\nSupport cloud, hybrid, microservices, and event-driven architectures.\nCreate strategy documents, business cases, implementation plans, and architecture roadmaps.\nEnsure data solutions align with enterprise architecture and business objectives.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).\nMinimum 10 years of IT experience, including 5 years in information systems design and architecture.\nActive Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility\nExperience in:\nData Strategy\nData Architecture\nData & Analytics Governance\nData Modeling\nData & Analytics Security\nMaster Data Management (MDM)\nMetadata Management\nData Integration and Interoperability\nData Warehousing and Business Intelligence\nStrong understanding of how data supports business processes and mission operations.\nExperience developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models.\nStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\n3–5 years of Data Analyst experience.\nExperience implementing enterprise data management and analytics programs.\nExperience with cloud and hybrid data environments.\nKnowledge of data science, data warehousing, microservices, and event-driven architectures.\nFamiliarity with enterprise architecture frameworks, taxonomies, ontologies, and metadata repositories.\nExperience supporting Department of War (DoW), Department of Navy (DoN), or Federal Law Enforcement organizations.\nExperience with enterprise data modeling tools.\nSalary Disclosure:\nActual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications.
