Altogether, the company employs nearly4,800 talented and dedicated employees in North America.\n\nPosition Summary\nMonitor the quality of components and product throughout the production cycle as well as the quality of finished goods.\n\nEssential Functions\n\nAudit the production lines at established intervals following standard work\n\nAssist production in troubleshooting issues on the line and make recommendations for corrective action\n\nOrganize and coordinate any SFO needed for Pre/Post production\n\nValidate and prepare daily quality start-up checklist\n\nClose all shop orders as necessary\n\nCalibration of measuring and test equipment for the lab and production areas\n\nMaintain finished product retains\n\nPeriodically audit quality paperwork and functionality logs\n\nCommunicate issues and other information to the next shift daily\n\nGood attendance (less than 2 absences) and good safety record\n\nOther duties as assigned by supervisor\n\nPhysical Demands\n\nMust be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time\n\nThe worker constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as calculator, copy machine, and computer printer\n\nRepetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers\n\nExpressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly\n\nPerceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction.
