You’ll own the full customer lifecycle - from pre-purchase engagement to retention, advocacy, and loyalty - ensuring every interaction deepens the connection customers have with Brave Toys. You’ll lead the creation of programs that reward loyalty, encourage repeat purchase, and turn customers into enthusiastic brand supportersDrawing on your toolkit of skills and experience here’s what you’ll be doing:• Develop and execute the customer marketing and loyalty strategy aligned to brand and growth goals.• Plan lifecycle marketing programs to increase retention, frequency, and lifetime value.• Define, launch, and optimise loyalty and retention programs for multiple customer types.• Create and optimize eDM campaigns that support lifecycle programmes.• Manage the customer journey end-to-end, including across the CONNETIX website, ensuring assets are current, optimised, and relevant, while using testing and reporting to uncover new opportunities.• Partner with teams across the business including Operations, Commercial, Ecommerce, Marketing, and IT to bring customer programmes to life.• Lead CRM initiatives across email, SMS, and other channels, including segmentation, personalisation, and automation.• Analyse customer data and insights from tools like Google Analytics, Odoo, BigCommerce, and Klaviyo to inform strategy.• Track KPIs for retention, repeat purchase, LTV, engagement, and loyalty.• Advocate for the customer internally and build strategies to capture and share reviews across Brave Toys’ websites, platforms and partners.• Lead a small passionate team of marketers, helping them develop their craft and shape the lifecycle experience while keeping them aligned on shared goals.About YouWith experience in customer marketing, you bring a passion for building loyalty and driving repeat engagement. You have a track record of turning insights into action and creating programs that make customers feel connected to the brand. You enjoy working across teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering results that matter, with the ability to cast a holistic view over the full life cycle journey.Our ideal candidate will have:• 5+ years’ experience in customer marketing, CRM, lifecycle, or loyalty roles.• Proven experience building and scaling retention or loyalty programs in a B2C or DTC environment.• Skilled at tailoring loyalty programs for multiple customer types.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.• Experience with CRM platforms, segmentation, automation, and personalisation (e.g., Klaviyo).• Previous experience in website optimisation and building eDM campaigns, with the ability to analyse performance and use A/B testing to continuously improve results.• Creative, customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering value.• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders.• Experience in leading or mentoring marketing team members, supporting their development while keeping projects on track.• Strong project management and execution skills.• Experience in eCommerce, consumer goods, or retail brands.• Bonus: experience with subscription or repeat-purchase products.• Bonus: experience in the toy industryIf the above resonates with you apply now!
