Method Flow is looking for an individual who has the desire to perform quality work in a safe manner, who is detail-oriented, and who has superior customer focus. This individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nMust comply with Roeslein & Associates’ core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and maintain sound relationships with employees.\nMust be a leader who represents the organization with the ability to be a liaison to our customers, adhere to company contracts, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.\nPerforms all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements.\nSafety is essential at Method Flow and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate.\nThis position would be responsible for training all new employees to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to perform their duties to the organization's standard. This position will also be responsible for developing the team and providing feedback for annual performance evaluations.\nResponsible for the escalation of employee issues and company violations to ensure the employee understands the policies and procedures of the organization.\nPerforms all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements.\nThis position will be the point of contact for the team and will respond timely to troubleshoot issues and avoid prolonged delays.\nMust meet deadlines while working safely to ensure a quality product.\nVast experience with flow computers and/or PLCs (TotalFlow, ROC, Allen Bradley, SCADAPak)\nAbility to setup Modbus communication\nAbility to calibrate analog inputs and loop test circuits.\nExperience programming logic using analog inputs/outputs, digital inputs/outputs, relays, etc.\nExperience with SCADA register maps and third-party integration\nExcellent networking skills\nStrong volt/multimeter skills (AC/DC voltage, continuity & resistance testing)\nAbility to trace wires from end devices back to RTU and PLC cabinets.\nWork with customers to solve automation issues.\nStrong problem-solving ability\nMaintain accurate records of time and materials used on different projects.\nExperience with various pressure/temperature transmitters, level indicators, flow meters, power distribution panels, valve actuators, etc.\nMust be able to install automation devices on oil field equipment including pressure transmitters, level gauges, pneumatic valve controllers (Solenoids), gas/oil/water meters, and ESD buttons.\nSkilled at the installation of steel piping stacks, gauges, and conduit fittings with the ability to cut and mount Unistrut. Pull wire, zip-tie piping, place and fasten in cable tray, dig trenches, and run wire as needed. Terminate wire into devices and junction boxes.\nFollow directions and ask questions, as necessary. Keep in constant communication with the Automation Lead and advise of any issues that need to be addressed.\nSafely drive to customer locations and safely perform the required work.\nResponsible for the accuracy of service tickets and timely submission.\nPromote a positive working environment to achieve the organization’s goals.\nAll employees who support partner companies are expected to follow the safety and employee conduct policies of the partner company which includes on-call obligations.\nMust follow training and company procedures.\nSafety is essential at Method Flow Products and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate.\nRequires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities.\nAbility to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nKNOWLEDGE / SKILL / ABILITY / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE\nA high school diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required.\nMust have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record and be 21 years of age to drive a company truck.\nFour to six years' experience in an automation position including supervisory experience.\nProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel\nExperience with different hand/power tools (EX: screwdrivers, wire strippers, wrenches, drills, impact drivers, shovels, pick ax, etc.)\nExcellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required.\nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy is required with a solid work ethic.\nExcellent organization and planning skills.\nAbility to work flexible hours including overtime.\nMust adhere to the Company’s attendance policy.\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nWork is performed in an uncontrolled atmosphere.
