This individual will work closely with executive leadership to maintain quality standards while supporting staff development and operational efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee the daily operations of the behavioral health program.\nSupervise Team Leads\nEnsure compliance with Medicaid, managed care organizations (MCOs), and state regulations.\nMonitor productivity, documentation, and service delivery to ensure quality standards are met.\nReview operational reports and implement strategies to improve performance.\nConduct regular staff meetings, supervision, and performance evaluations.\nAssist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and staff retention.\nCollaborate with billing, quality assurance, and executive leadership to resolve operational issues.\nDevelop and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners.\nMonitor client satisfaction and ensure timely access to services.\nSupport organizational growth initiatives and expansion efforts.\nEnsure policies, procedures, and best practices are consistently followed.\nFoster a positive, accountable, and collaborative work environment.\nQualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field preferred.\nMinimum of three (3) years of leadership or management experience in behavioral health, community mental health, or social services.\nExperience managing Medicaid-funded programs preferred.\nStrong understanding of behavioral health documentation and compliance standards.\nExcellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience supervising multidisciplinary teams.\nProficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office.\nAbility to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.\nPreferred Qualifications\nLicensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred but not required.\nExperience with Skills Training, Targeted Case Management, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, or similar community-based services.\nKnowledge of Texas Medicaid regulations and managed care organizations.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary\nPerformance-based bonus opportunities\nProfessional development opportunities\nSupportive leadership team\nCareer advancement opportunities within a growing organization\nSchedule\nMonday – Friday\nFull-Time\nIn-Person\nWhy Join Progressive Solutions Family Services?\nAt Progressive Solutions Family Services, our people are our greatest asset.
