Plan, schedule, and update program activities in MS Project, ADO, etc.\nIdentify high-risk areas and present recommendations to management. Build and maintain influential relationships with key client personnel.\nCoordinate root-cause analysis for complex technical errors within Azure and integrated environments.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nBachelor’s Degree and at least 1 year of related technical experience. An additional 2 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.\nDemonstrated knowledge of System Engineering Lifecycle phases, Sentris, and Microsoft Azure.\nProven ability to systematically diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure, cloud, and application-level technical errors under tight timelines.\nPosition requires compliance with DoD 8140.03 (Cybersecurity Workforce Management Program). The applicant must possess, or be able to obtain within 6 months of hire, an approved baseline credential matching the required DoD 8140 Work Role System Administrator (451).\nAbility to analyze KPI and SLA data and provide insight or causation to variance or poor performance.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience implementing AI-driven services or API-integrated cloud solutions (e.g., Azure OpenAI, RESTful APIs, or API management tools).\nExperience with Incident Management frameworks (such as ITIL) to handle SLA-driven ticketing, escalation paths, and zero-day technical errors.\nExperience identifying and performing schedule risk analysis.\nExperience establishing/maintaining schedule templates, processes, and procedures\n\nSecurity Clearance Requirement\n\nCandidate must have a current/active Top Secret / SCI clearance\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position up to 75%.\nThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
