Join Kite and help create more tomorrows.\r\nJob DescriptionWe are seeking an Associate Director, Digital Data & Analytics with strong strategic acumen and a proven ability to execute, providing leadership across the development, stewardship, and delivery of scalable data and analytics products that support Kite's digital marketing and omnichannel orchestration initiatives.\r\nThis role is accountable for shaping and prioritizing analytics and data solutions that address business needs, translating marketing and omnichannel objectives into clear functional data and measurement requirements, and directing agency, vendor, and DevOps teams to ensure timely availability of high quality data within Kite.\r\n1. Define Digital, Omnichannel Data and Reporting Needs\r\nPartner closely with Marketing stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, define clear KPIs and success metrics for digital and omnichannel programs and advise on data and reporting.\r\nOwn prioritization, delivery and maintenance of automated dashboards/reports, ensuring they align to agreed-upon KPIs and are actively used in business reviews and decision-making.\r\nManaging vendors through design decisions and ensuring adoption of in-house dashboards for all business review updates.\r\nTranslate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.\r\n2. Ensure Digital Marketing Data Readiness\r\nValidate tracking, tagging, and data capture requirements in partnership with Marketing and IT teams.\r\nPartner with marketing, digital and IT teams to build a standardized taxonomy and own the ongoing maintenance\r\nEnsure alignment on data definitions, tagging conventions, and success metrics to enable reliable, hands-on analysis and reporting.\r\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with enterprise data standards.\r\nAct as the business owner for Customer360 data asset(s) used for analytics, ensuring a unified and analytics-ready view of HCPs and HCOs across demographics, affiliations, activities, engagement, and intelligence from customer-facing channels.\r\nShape and lead build of Analytical Ready Data (ARDs) for downstream analytics e.g. Market Mix Modeling, Next Best Action, Orchestrated Journeys etc.\r\n4. Own Technology Implementation and Operations of Orchestrated Journeys\r\nParticipate in meetings with agency and marketing team to align on the objectives of the orchestrated journeys and end-end flow of orchestrated journeys.\r\nTranslate the journey designs into requirements for implementation, ensuring alignment and validation with agency partners.\r\nLead implementation and quality assurance, including test data generation and comprehensive UAT to ensure robustness, accuracy, and seamless execution of journeys.\r\n5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams for Execution\r\nWork closely with omnichannel data science teams to understand analytical data needs.\r\nCoordinate with Sales Operations and Business Analytics teams to synchronize activities during targeting/alignment refresh.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver analytics outputs on time.\r\nProvide clear direction, prioritization, and feedback to agency and vendor teams to ensure delivery aligns with business expectations and timelines.\r\nBasic QualificationsPhD in Data Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 5+ years of related experience OR\r\nMaster's degree in Data Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 8+ years of related experience OR\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 10+ years of related experience\r\nPreferred Qualifications3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry\r\n810+ years of experience leading capabilities and delivering digital marketing/omnichannel analytics\r\n5+ years of experience in business intelligence delivery and hands-on experience in Tableau\r\nStrong understanding of digital data from sources such as CRM, web analytics, display, social and marketing platforms\r\nAI enthusiast with hands-on experience developing AI driven solutions for data management, analytics, and/or reporting\r\nExperience driving data standardization and management of digital data including upstream tracking, tagging, and data validation\r\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise marketing partners on KPIs and measurement approaches\r\nAbility to visualize and present data and insights in impactful manner\r\nExcellent ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively, leading delivery through agency and vendor resources\r\nThe salary range for this position is:\r\nBay Area: $195,670.00 - $253,220.00.
