In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing desktop support, maintaining essential software systems, and collaborating with various stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly. The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage all location-related IT functions and equipment provided by client, including desktops, servers, networks, and communication devices.\nProvide efficient and responsive desktop support to staff, resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.\nManage and support the Customer Management System (CMS) for optimal performance and user experience.\nLiaise directly with IT staff on network connectivity, system integrations, and technical issues.\nMonitor all IT equipment and systems, proactively identifying and troubleshooting potential problems.\nServe as the primary point of contact for IT vendors.\nCollaborate with client and other contractors to resolve IT-related issues, including providing after-hours, weekend, and remote support.\nGenerate weekly reports on IT system performance, user activity, and incident resolution.\nManage and oversee all telephony systems and units within the location in partnership with the client.\nStay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in IT infrastructure and communication systems.\nQualifications:\nA bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science or a related field is preferred, or 5+ years of progressive experience in IT support, applications implementation, and training.\nStrong understanding of desktop support principles and experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.\nProven experience with Customer Management Systems (CMS) and similar enterprise applications.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and demanding environment.\nExperience with transportation-related applications, especially Trapeze PASS, is a significant plus.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.\nThe employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.\nWork environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
