This position is contingent upon contract award. Candidates currently living in a HubZone designated area are encouraged to apply.\n\nSummary of Responsibilities:\n\nThis position provides analytical and program management support to the USARCENT G4, tracking logistics programs, resources, and performance metrics and producing decision-quality analysis for command leadership. The incumbent turns operational and sustainment data into products that drive resourcing and prioritization decisions.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nCollect, validate, and analyze logistics, sustainment, and resource data from multiple command and enterprise systems.\nBuild and maintain dashboards, trackers, and metrics products supporting G4 program oversight.\nPrepare staff packets, information papers, decision papers, and executive briefings for G4 and command leadership.\nSupport program and management reviews, boards, and working groups; capture and track resulting taskers and decisions.\nAssist with requirements documentation, staffing, and coordination of G4 program actions.\nSupport Army Prepositioned Stock and theater reserve/operational stock reporting and analysis.\nIdentify trends, gaps, and risks in logistics program execution and recommend courses of action.\nComplete all contractrequired training and reporting: AT Level I and iWATCH within 30 calendar days, TARP annually, DoD IA awareness training with ATCTS registration, and daily PERSTAT input.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nRequired Education:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or a related field. Four (4) additional years of directly relevant experience may substitute for the degree.\nRequired Experience:\nMinimum four (4) years of program or management analysis experience in a DoD staff environment.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel required;\nPower BI, Tableau, or comparable visualization tool experience strongly preferred.\nSpecial Requirements:\nU.S. citizenship required.
