relationships with existing clients.\nPrepare proposals and qualification statements, including estimates and presentations.\nPrepare project schedules, scopes, and budgets, ensuring on-time and on-budget performance.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules and budgets and prepare Project Planning Worksheets.\nDetermine project team makeup and assign workloads.\nConduct project kick-off meetings to communicate and obtain agreement on project schedules.\nMonitor and follow up on client invoicing and payments.\nOversee the design phase, including conducting design review meetings, quality control tasks, and providing progress reports.\nManage participation in the bidding phase and coordinate responses to contractor questions.\nManage the construction phase according to contract requirements.\nRespond promptly to requests for information or problems, maintaining effective communication.\nEnsure quality control procedures are implemented and maintained.\nProvide guidance and training to technical support personnel.\nCoordinate with other groups for project support.\nEnsure project correspondence and design documentation are kept orderly and complete.\nProperly close out projects in accordance with established procedures.\n\nQualifications:\n\nKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities\nExperience: 5+ years of structural engineering design consulting experience. .\nSkills: Strong supervisory skills, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and exceptional project management abilities.\nTechnical Proficiency: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and technical software.\nLicenses: Valid Driver's License.\nEducation and Experience\nDegree: BS in Civil or Structural Engineering or a technical equivalent.\nCertification: Professional Engineering License in Georgia and/or South Carolina, or ability to obtain.\nPhysical Requirements\nGeneral: Ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, or hear, sit, climb, or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.\nLifting: Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and infrequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.\nVision: Specific
