We provide end-to end project services and have delivered over 200 successful Murex projects across all major asset-classes and sectors including investment banking, asset management, corporate treasury and insurance.\n\nWhether you possess a background in finance, technology or Mathematics, your experience in the capital markets industry would be of high interest to us\nResponsibilities\nGather and document business, functional, and operational requirements across Murex projects, sustainment activities, and production support processes.\nAnalyze current-state workflows, system usage, and data flows to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.\nFacilitate workshops with business, operations, risk, finance, and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and validate findings.\nTranslate business requirements into functional and high-level technical specifications aligned with Murex capabilities and operating model objectives.\nSupport current-state assessments and target-state design by documenting processes, dependencies, integrations, and business impacts.\nContribute to gap analysis, prioritization of recommendations, and development of implementation roadmaps supporting the future-state operating model.\nSkills\nMust have\n6-9 years overall relevant experience as a BA in Techno-Functional space.\nHands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Techno-Functional Analyst within Murex.\nStrong understanding of capital markets workflows, including front-office, operations, risk, finance, and trade lifecycle processes.\nAbility to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements from multiple stakeholder groups.\nExperience conducting process mapping, workflow analysis, gap assessments, and requirements traceability.\nWorking knowledge of Murex modules, interfaces, data flows, configurations, and end-to-end platform processes.\nStrong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.\nNice to have\nExperience with Murex implementation, upgrade, transformation, or Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives.\nFamiliarity with Agile delivery methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and requirements management tools.\nUnderstanding of Murex support models (KTLO/BAU), release management, and production support processes.\nExperience working across vendor, business, and technology teams in complex financial services environments.\nOther\nLanguages\nEnglish: C2 Proficient\nSeniority\nSenior\n\nRemote United States, United States of America\nReq.
