This role focuses on supporting meetings, events, and conferencing systems while ensuring all AV technology operates smoothly.The ideal candidate will have hands-on AV experience in a professional or enterprise setting and strong troubleshooting abilities across AV systems, conferencing equipment, and related infrastructure.This role requires someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable working directly with executives and clients during high-visibility events .Key ResponsibilitiesProvide full Audio/Visual support for meetings, conferences, town halls, and client presentations.Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain conference room AV systems .Support Cisco Room Kits and related conferencing technologies .Perform advanced troubleshooting and maintenance on AV hardware and software.Execute low-complexity installation and configuration activities for AV equipment.Ensure all systems are operating optimally before and during events .Provide rapid response support for live meetings and events .Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery .Document issues, service activity, and improvement recommendations.Identify recurring technical issues and recommend process or equipment improvements .Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when supporting clients.Technical Skills RequiredCandidates must have professional Audio Visual experience .Experience with:Cisco Room Kits and conferencing systemsAudio DSPsAV switchesDI boxesAV extendersCorporate AV infrastructureKnowledge of cabling including:XLRDMX1⁄4 inch connectorsSpeakon connectors3.5mm connectorsIEC powerCAT5 / CAT6True1 power connectorsBasic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredTechnical certification or Associate's degree preferred2–4 years of Audio Visual support experience in a professional environmentStrong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to support live meetings and executive presentationsImportant Candidate RequirementsMust be 18 years of age or olderMust have professional AV support experience (resumes without this will not be considered)Role requires working onsite at customer locationsDriving is not requiredCandidate Pre-Screen QuestionsThese responses must appear at the top of the resume when submitted.How many years of Field and/or Desk Side support experience do you have?Do you have your CompTIA A+ certification ?What is your backup plan if you experience vehicle problems ?Have you ever worked for Unisys as a contractor or full-time employee ?
