Brewing is looking for reliable support staff who enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced taproom environment.\nHost Responsibilities:\n· Greet all customers in a friendly and welcoming manner and direct them to their table\n·Maintain a wait-list during peak hours & manage reservations\n· Provide all guests a high level of customer service in a timely and professional manner\n· Follow all brewery standard operating procedures and perform duties according to the Front of House checklists for opening, operating hours and closing\n· Maintain a clean, friendly, and welcoming environment for all customers always\n· Stocking the prep area with supplies including napkins, utensils, and sauce cups filled throughout the course of kitchen service\n· Keep the taproom and outdoor spaces clean & presentable by cleaning off glassware/plates/trays & cleaning tables when guests leave\n· Returning glassware/plates/trays to the kitchen for cleaning during busy times when dishwashers are tied up\n· Maintain the taproom and surrounding areas to company cleanliness and sanitation standards\n· Keep managers informed of supply inventory levels\n· Assist with closing the taproom\n· Other duties as assigned by Manager on duty.\nQualifications and Skills:\n·Host experience preferred!\n· Passion for customer service with a strong beer knowledge or willingness to learn\n· Ability to interact professionally and effectively with employees and our customers\n· Self-motivated and able to act independently to solve problems as they occur\n· Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment\n· Ability to work on weekends, evenings, and some holidays\n· Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)\n· Be able to reach, bend, stoop and occasionally lift as much as 30 pounds\nPrefer 18+\nPay: Starting at $16hr & dependent upon experience\nBenefits:\nEmployee discount on merchandise & food\nFlexible schedule\nPost shift beer if
