Miller Elementary School and the Elkland School. The ideal candidate for this exciting career will have integrity and a passion for helping others. Working closely with the clinical supervisor, you will be processing intakes, discharges and scheduling requested evaluations. With this position, you will need to be very organized and efficient with all paperwork.\n\nWhat Do I Need?\n\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor's Degree required in human services or related field\nAND\nTwo years of experience in the field of human services\n\nOther Requirements\nYou will maintain a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel.\nYou will maintain all required clearances.\nYou will have the ability to use typical office equipment.\nYou will exhibit strong organization skills that reflec the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.\nYou will display excellent communication skills to include strength in interpersonal, written and verbal dealings along with the ability to build relationships.\nYou will function as a highly resourceful team player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.\nYou will handle confidential information with discretion, adapt to various competing demands and offer the highest level of customer service and response.\n\nWhat Will I Do?\n\nYou will process intakes for the PHP program.\nYou will contact families to pass and receive information and keep updated.\nYou will schedule psychological evaluations including obtaining authorizations and meeting time frames established by managed care.\nYou will facilitate interagency meetings and handle corresponding paperwork.\nYou will take responsibility for all formal reports and contacts with all internal and external stakeholders.\nYou will prepare and maintain client files pertaining to his/her caseload and participate in all meetings within the agency pertaining to his/her clients.\nYou will work in cooperation with pertinent CONCERN staff and other placing agencies to establish a solid, professional approach to the issues of each client on his/her caseload and provides constant contact and updates to all clients therapists.\nYou will communicate closely with the clinical supervisor regarding caseload activities, admissions and discharges.\nYou will provide direct care services as appropriate and assigned by the supervisor.\n\nHours of Work\n\nMonday-Friday 8am-4pm\n\nWhat Will I Get?\nSalary\n$34,200-$41,800\nDOE\nBenefits\nMedical-Eligible the first of the month following 60 days\nDental-Eligible the first of the month following 60 days\nVision (Agency Paid)-Eligible the first of the month following 60 days\nFlexible Spending Account\n401k + 2% match (additional annual discretionary match if you work 1,000 hours or more!)\nVirtual Care Clinic & Prescription Services for ALL employees and dependents (up to 7 people)!
