databases, stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.\r\nImplement web services and API integrations utilizing SOAP and REST standards.\r\nDevelop user interface components using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and AJAX technologies.\r\nEnsure cross-browser compatibility and application performance standards are maintained.\r\nTesting, Deployment & Release Management\r\nOversee unit testing, performance testing, and application validation activities.\r\nEnsure compliance with release management procedures and operational readiness requirements.\r\nDeploy software releases to development, testing, staging, and production environments.\r\nTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.\r\nSupport maintenance and operations (M&O) activities for existing applications.\r\nDocumentation & Compliance\r\nOwn the creation, maintenance, and finalization of technical system documentation.\r\nDevelop architecture diagrams, design documents, support documentation, and implementation guides.\r\nEnsure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and operational procedures.\r\nMaintain accurate documentation of configurations, enhancements, and deployments.\r\nBusiness & Stakeholder Support\r\nCollaborate directly with clients and stakeholders during requirements gathering and solution development.\r\nSupport proposal development and business growth initiatives through technical architecture documentation and solution recommendations.\r\nWork effectively across cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent professional experience.\r\nMinimum of 6 years of software development experience in a product-based or enterprise application environment.\r\nStrong experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.\r\nExperience with n-tier application architecture, including MVC and SOA frameworks.\r\nProficiency in:C#\r\nASP.NET\r\nWindows Communication Foundation (WCF)\r\nWindows Services\r\nWeb Services\r\nWindows Presentation Foundation (WPF)\r\nSQL Server 2019 or newer\r\nT-SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers)\r\nHTML/XHTML\r\nXML/XSLT\r\nAJAX\r\nSOAP\r\nREST APIs\r\nSQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)\r\nJavaScript\r\njQuery\r\nCSS\r\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.\r\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\r\nExperience leading development efforts and coordinating technical team activities.\r\nPreferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.\r\nExperience with database design and implementation.\r\nPrior Medicaid, healthcare, public sector, or government systems experience.\r\nExperience supporting large-scale enterprise applications and legacy system modernization.\r\nExperience participating in system architecture design and technical proposal development.\r\nExperience with software deployment automation and DevOps practices.\r\nDemonstrated leadership experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.CertificationsNo certifications are required.\r\nMicrosoft .NET Certification preferred.\r\nAdditional Microsoft, Azure, Software Development, or Cloud Architecture certifications are a
