This role requires an in-person presence at the Abilene, TX location and reports to the Dallas, TX office.\nResponsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities: Management of all project team members (Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Field Office Coordinators). Mentor, develop, and train team members for fast‑paced growth.\nDemonstrate understanding and enthusiastic agreement with the vision and mission of EIG.\nFully detailed/hands‑on knowledge of project scope.\nCost control, billings, and collections for assigned projects.\nAct as the key point of contact with owner and architect.\nChallenge and support jobsite as well as self‑perform work teams.\nAccountability for project completion and financials, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction results.\nQualifications and Skills Excellent listening and communication skills.\nAbility to identify and resolve complex issues.\nAbility to create and support team morale.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Prolog or similar), accounting cost management software (CMIC or similar), and scheduling software (Primavera or similar).\nA strong work ethic and a can‑do attitude.\nDemonstrated understanding of building processes and systems.\nComplete understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.\nExperience running multiple complex, highly technical projects, preferably within core markets.\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of Project Management within Electrical Commercial Construction.\nPhysical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
