Providence Real Estate is seeking an experienced Property Operations Manager to lead operations for a newly acquired apartment community in Austin, Texas. You will serve as the operational leader for the community and work closely with ownership and executive leadership to ensure property goals are achieved.Responsibilities IncludeLeading and developing onsite leasing, maintenance, and administrative teamsManaging budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, and expense controlDriving occupancy, revenue growth, and resident retentionEnsuring exceptional customer service and resident relationsOverseeing capital improvement projects and property transitions related to acquisition activityMonitoring market trends and implementing competitive leasing strategiesEnsuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and housing regulationsBuilding strong vendor and contractor relationshipsMaintaining high operational standards throughout the propertyWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is an experienced multifamily leader who can operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.
