You will play a crucial role in designing and developing engaging learning experiences for the implementation of software.\nLead/Manage/Support development of instructor led and virtual learning content.\nCollaborate with government agencies, subject matter experts and instructional designers to learn requirements and build innovative training programs and content.\nDrive performance by planning, developing, managing and evaluating in-person, online and hybrid software training programs.\nUtilize delivery modalities such as webinars, web-based training, in-person instructor-led training, user guides, and online help systems.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED\n\nBring your instructional design and development expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Senior Instructional Developer must have:\n\nEducation: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science\nExperience: 5+ years of related experience\nExcellent understanding and application of all phases of the ADDIE process.\nKnowledge and application of adult learning theory.\nWorking knowledge of Section 508 compliance, and conversion of training and supporting documentation into 508 compliant products.\nUS citizenship required\nThis position will support multiple contracts within GDIT. As such, candidates must meet the following citizenship and clearance requirements prior to employment start date:\n\nMust be a U.S. citizen.
