This is a team for builders who are excited about shaping the future of enterprise operations through software and AI.\r\nJob Description\r\nBuild and maintain tools and integrations to support internal business operations\r\nCollaborate with stakeholders and team leads to investigate requirements and propose technical solutions\r\nOwn primary responsibility for NetSuite customizations and integrations\r\nWrite clean, maintainable code that follows company best practices, including version control and cloud-centric deployment\r\nDevelop and troubleshoot existing codebase leaning on AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude)\r\nWork with APIs to connect adjacent systems (Okta, ADP, Google, Salesforce) and to automate data flows\r\nParticipate in code reviews to improve quality and maintainability\r\nDebug production issues and propose fixes that prevent recurrence\r\nDemonstrate growing awareness of compliance, auditability, and security requirements in implementation\r\nStay informed about emerging technologies, particularly in AI and automation, and advocate for their adoption\r\nAuthor technical documentation for peers\r\nMinimum Qualifications\r\n2+ years of relevant professional experience in a software engineering or systems integration role.\r\nProficiency with TypeScript and/or Python.\r\nExperience interfacing with third-party applications, APIs, and data structures.\r\nProven experience leveraging AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nComputer Science degree or relevant experience\r\nBackground in building internal dashboards or custom logic layers from scratch.\r\nBenefits\r\nCompetitive compensation\r\nExceptional benefits package\r\nFlexible Vacation & Paid Time Off\r\nEmployer-matched 401(k) plan\r\nLI-Remote\r\nThe U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000 - $167,000.
