Solutions may leverage Hapi’s platforms and services, but the primary focus is always on delivering maximum value for the client.\n\nAdditional Information\nHapi operates as a global, remote-first organization. This role can be based anywhere, provided there is availability to work within US time zones. The position reports to the Vice President of Platform and Partner Solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nWork with clients to elicit business, technical, and non-functional requirements.\nWork with clients and colleagues to provide and maintain detailed solution design proposals.\nDefine data requirements adapted to use cases and traffic patterns for all system destinations\nWork with 3rd Parties to analyze and document their connectivity & API capabilities (in collaboration with the partner / integration team).\nAnalyze and contribute to the Product Roadmap and identify features that matter to our clients.\nWork closely with internal development teams to define or refine Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance criteria.\nWork closely with clients and colleagues to implement, monitor, and constantly improve solutions.\nWork with technical providers during development and certification.\nWork with the program management team to help to ensure that clients are getting maximum value from Hapi’s products and services.\nRepresent Hapi to our clients, which will include the above items as well as ad-hoc consulting, presentations, reporting, and meetings.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n\nThe Hospitality Expert: You have a solid background in hospitality tech. You know your way around a Property Management System (PMS) and understand the nuances of the guest journey.\nThe Integration Specialist: You’re comfortable discussing REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and middleware. You understand the challenges of legacy hotel systems and the beauty of modern cloud-based stacks.\nThe Communicator: Your English is fluent and precise.
