With a client portfolio balanced between retail, industry, detail picking, healthcare and e-commerce sectors, ID Logistics delivers high-tech solutions and is firmly committed to sustainable development.Responsibilities:Ensures audit preparednessTroubleshoots on cases with issuesUpdates and maintains training matrix for all associatesResponsible for maintaining all records and written procedures of quality systems for ID Logistics (i.e. standard operating procedures, monthly quality training, etc.)Ensures that SOP's are up-to-date and reviewed as requiredEnsures all appropriate documentation and communication are compliance with quality requirementsEnsures all documentation regarding internal audits are currentReport / inform to associates of corrective actions that comply to QCReport safety non-conformanceAssure inventory accuracy and compliance for all DC5 accountsIdentifying and researching unique inventory occurrences and correctInvestigate inventory discrepancies found through cycle counts and determining root causeKnowledge of Swiss Log, SAP, PKMS, Manhattan systemsFollow corporate and site-specific good manufacturing practices and report noncompliance when observedObserve all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriateOther duties as assignedSchedule: 7AM-3:30PMTraining Schedule: 5AM-1:30PMHourly Rate: $18.84Requirements:High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and educationTwo years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceMust have excellent oral and written communication skillsMust be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email applicationsMust be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, hearing protection, bump cap, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies
