This role is responsible for managing quality processes, developing and maintaining quality standards, leading inspection teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure products and processes consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.\n\nThe Quality Manager will provide strong leadership to the quality organization, oversee Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to implement effective corrective and preventative actions.\n\nWhat you will be doing:\n\nHire, train, and supervise quality staff, and manage the overall operations of the quality and inspection departments.\nOversee quality control procedures and policies.\nInvestigate customer complaints, and if necessary, ensure immediate corrective actions are taken and/or implemented.\nInvestigate customer Corrective and Preventative Action Requests, and ensure corrective actions are implemented, complete, and effective.\nReview and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all quality assurance documents, reports, and procedures.\nEnsure compliance with relevant standards (like ISO 9001) and develop strategies for continuous quality improvement.\nWork closely with other departments to address any quality issues or concerns.\nWhat experience we are looking for:\n\nStrong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.\nExceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.\nProficiency with computer software, including word processing and spreadsheets.\nExperience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).\nExperience in a supervisory role and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.\nAn eye for detail and a commitment to achieving the highest quality standards.\nTechnical drawing interpretation and review of dimensions, tolerances, and symbols.\nFamiliar with inspection equipment. Caliper, Micrometer, Optical Comparator, etc.\nFamiliar with equipment calibration requirements.\nASQ Certifications\n\nCertified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)\nCertified Quality Engineer (CQE)\nFinal compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
