This role analyzes financial data, develops financial models, prepares reports, and presents key findings to senior management.\n\nWe are seeking a candidate in Metro Detroit.\n\nYou will:\n\nPartner with the team to maintain and update Pigment forecasting software for forecasting and budgeting.\n\nSupport the development, analysis, and maintenance of bonus and commission plans for sales and operations.\n\nCollaborate with senior sales leadership on monthly and annual sales forecasting and budgeting.\n\nConduct financial analysis and forecasting for business scenarios and initiatives.\n\nDevelop and maintain financial models and dashboards that support decision-making and performance tracking.\n\nCreate and maintain financial and operational reports in Intacct.\n\nCollaborate with Accounting to resolve technical issues within Intacct.\n\nDeliver insights and recommendations that improve profitability, efficiency, and growth.\n\nPartner with divisional controllers and business leaders to provide financial guidance and support.\n\nMaintain compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulations.\n\nContribute to miscellaneous projects as\n\nPartner with the analytics team to review dashboard data for accuracy and clarity.\n\nBe an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.\n\nYou have:\n\nBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, reporting, or consulting.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools.\n\nExperience with FP&A software preferred.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.\n\nKnowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial ratios.\n\nSalesforce experience preferred.\n\nA DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.\n\nBenefits & Perks:\n\n401k + match + prompt enrollment.
