If RN asked to float to Pediatrics, it will be for the duration of that shift. RN not be allowed back onto the NICU floor. Responsible for the care and treatment of newborn infants suffering from illness or prematurity, as well as caring for their parents and guardians. Provide round-the-clock care for the basic and medical needs of newborn infants in the NICU.
