Assist with updates, provide feedback, and troubleshoot technological issues. Manage course elements such as syllabi, announcements, class materials, assignments, quizzes, and student submissions. Develop and maintain web pages for faculty special projects.\nOrientation and Integration - Facilitate the onboarding process for new law faculty members, ensuring their smooth integration into the CU system.\nRecommendation Letter Preparation - Prepare and expedite recommendation letters on behalf of faculty for students via print and online platforms, such as OSCAR for the court system.\nCommittee Support - Provide support of varying complexity for law faculty members' service on faculty committees and search committees, if schedule permits.\nGeneral Assistance - Provide comprehensive support in response to a variety of requests from law faculty, addressing their educational, research and scholarship needs.\nFinancial Management and Procurement Payments and Reimbursements - Process domestic and international payments and reimbursement requests for law faculty via Concur and Marketplace systems.\nProcurement and Compliance - Complete procurement and financial paperwork for payments to consultants and external affiliates, including non-employee reimbursements and honoraria. Collaborate with the Director of Fiscal Operations & Compliance to ensure compliance with university procurement policies.\nTravel Coordination - Coordinate individual and group travel, including pre- and post-travel procurement processes.\nBudget Management - Manage faculty development fund budgets, research assistant support, grants, and other funds available to faculty. Make purchases to support faculty teaching, research, and scholarship needs. Ensure financial tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet timelines.\nLaw School Program Support Program and Project Coordination - Provide administrative support for assigned programs, initiatives, and special projects.
