The Heavy Equipment Operator will support the Shift Supervisor, production leadership team, and overall production efficiencies by operating equipment in a safe manner.\nJust a few questions to ask yourself to determine if you are the right candidate would include:\nAre you able to operate various pieces of heavy equipment, including a loader, haul truck, crane, and skid steerer?\nCan you work independently with minimum supervision?\nDo you understand the importance of safety, being responsible for the safety of others and have the ability to maintain your work area and equipment in a safe and clean manner?\nDo you have the skills to thrive and persevere through meeting production demands and customer satisfaction?\nDo you have a strong work ethic, good work history, and willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment?\nAre you able to work 12 hour shifts being exposed to a work environment including dust, cold, heat, and rain?\nCan you work independently?\nAre you a self-starter?\nAnd finally, would you be excited to join a fast-paced/rapidly growing organization?\nIf so....what's so exciting about this opportunity you ask?\n*You'll be joining an organization experiencing tremendous growth....opportunities are abundant!\n*A+++ benefits offered!
