Maintenance Technician

Description of the role: Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and grounds of WoodSpring Suites Southeast in Louisville, KY to ensure a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, electrical repairs, plumbing fixes, and PTAC maintenance. Conduct regular inspections, identify issues, and address them promptly to prevent further damage. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed. Requirements: Prior experience in maintenance or a related field. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
