Details can be found atwww.ldvjobs.com Objectives of this role Provide comprehensive financialupdates to other senior managers by evaluating, analyzing, and reportingfinancial information Develop, implement, and maintain financialcontrols and guidelines Help develop and support short- and long-termOperational Strategies Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include Thefollowing. Other projects and duties may be assigned. Manage and update,when necessary, the internal control environment for all aspects of theorganization while implementing consistent accounting policies. Overseeand provide support to the accounting and finance staff. Prepare,analyze and present monthly financial results to the senior leadershipteam Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local filingrequirements. Coordinate external audit activity. Support theorganization\\'s workers\\' compensation, employee benefits and otherinsurance activities. Manage and review payroll. Identify, develop andmonitor KPIs. Analyze financial results and company processes toidentify cost saving opportunities. Manage treasury functions.Participate in contract reviews. Participate in the oversight of thecompany\\'s ERP system. Work with controller from sister company andGroup Level CFO to establish consistent accounting policies andprocedures. \\*\\*\\*\\*\\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Candidatesshould have these qualifications: Bachelor\\'s degree in accounting orfinance from a four-year college or university plus five years ofrelated accounting experience Five or more years of supervisoryexperience. Manufacturing experience. Payroll experience. Strongknowledge of MS Office Suite, expert in MS Excel. High level ofattention to detail and accuracy is required. Strong organizationalskills, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
