D3 provides its team members the room to grow and the support & leadership to succeed with great earning potential.ROLE: PLM Support RepresentativePosition SummaryAs a PLM Implementation Administrator, you will be working with our clients to manage their custom Fusion Lifecycle (PLM) implementation to maintain day in and out tasks like creating users and importing/maintaining customer data. In addition to these administrative tasks you will be responsible for helping the developers and implementers on new projects to offload tasks like basic configuring and data import into Fusion Lifecycle.Primary Duties And ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration of Custom PLM/Vault Implementations. Using system login privileges and following documentation to correct known issues in fusion lifecycle and vault as issues/requests arise. Examples include:Creating/updating users in systemUsing pre-built automations as well as manual methods to modify and manage protected customer dataEscalating issues that arise for undocumented processesPrepare documentation for common workflows. Examples includeUser Acceptance Testing DocumentationTraining DocumentationProject Contributor: Work as a contributor to consulting projects, interfacing with both internal and external team members, following the approved project scope and communicating status, issues, and changes through to the appropriate people.
