Quality Control Inspector

Job Opening: Quality Control (QA) Inspector Ready to build a great career in quality control? We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented QA Inspector to join our team! Pay: $18.00 / hour Schedule: A Shift Sunday to Tuesday 6am - 6pm and Wednesday 6am -12pm C Shift Wednesday 12pm - 6pm and Thursday to Saturday 6am - 6pm What You Will Do Your main goal is to check incoming and outgoing parts to make sure they match our high standards. Check & Inspect: Look over materials and paperwork to make sure everything is correct before it goes to the customer. Spot Checks: Do random tests on products to ensure top quality. Fix Problems: If something looks wrong, take it out of the warehouse and help the team figure out why it went wrong so we can fix it for next time. Speak Up: Share quick reports with management if you find a mistake so we can stop bad parts from shipping. Help Others Grow: Help train teammates on quality rules and find ways to make our daily work smoother. What We Are Looking For Experience: 1+ years of Quality Inspection experience (experience with electrical parts is a huge plus!). Age: Must be 18 years or older. Language: Being able to speak both English and Spanish is preferred! Skills: Ability to read, write, and talk clearly with the team. Good with basic math (measuring, weighing, counting). Comfortable making decisions based on rules and your own good judgment. Ability to follow simple written and spoken directions. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Ability to sit, stand, or walk during your shift. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
