{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"c4d12ffb8f192c455b385d0c","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c4d12ffb8f192c455b385d0c","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c4d12ffb8f192c455b385d0c","title":"Senior Private Client Advisor","description":"ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Supports and demonstrates IMA Select’s core values\nValues and understands the importance of diversity, equality, and inclusion among all IMA associates\nResponsibility for daily account servicing and client advisement needs including but not limited to handling client and insurance company inquiries, processing daily carrier downloads, obtaining daily notifications and alerts from carrier websites, maintaining accurate account information in agency management system, claims advising, endorsements, evidence of insurance, auto ID cards, etc.\nCultivate and maintain excellent communication and relationships with clients and insurance carriers\nInteract professionally and timely with clients via email, phone, and in-person\nDevelop remarketing strategies in accordance with client servicing standards and market changes\nResponsibility for managing renewal process on assigned book of business including preparation of pre-renewal summary, online quoting via carrier rating platforms and comparative rater, reviewing quotes and negotiating terms and premiums, preparing final quotes and proposals for delivery to client, binding coverage, and issuing renewal invoices, etc.\nParticipate in conference calls and/or periodic in-person client meetings to ensure assets are adequately protected\nAssist with the onboarding and training of new associates\nServe as a subject matter expert and provide technical expertise to staff\nParticipate in cross-selling new or adding additional lines of coverage or services on existing accounts\nResponsibility for following up on accounts receivable items in accordance with IMA Accounts Receivable Policy\nAttend education classes in combination with individual study programs to expand technical coverage knowledge\nREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to work independently regarding matters of significance\nAbility to manage accounts with increased complexity\nAbility to analyze insurance quotes and make recommendations\nAbility to think strategically\nKnowledge of policy forms and endorsements\nExcellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills\nMath skills required, involving familiarity with ratios, percentages, discounts, and commissions\nStrong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office products\nMinimum 5 years of similar or related experience\nProperty and Casualty license required for state of business and must fulfill continuing education requirement to retain license\nCOMPETENCIES & TRAITS Professionalism\nSelf-Direction\nManage Client Relationships\nProblem Solving\nThe anticipated posting timeline for this opportunity is 7/21/2026-8/21/2026\n#LI-JS1\nSalary Range: $60,000 — $80,000 USD\nCompensation & Benefits: Being a part of IMA has its benefits.
