We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Construction Project Engineer to join our dynamic team.\n\nJob Description\n\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Construction Technology Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of technology solutions across our construction operations. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing our use of Procore and other construction technologies, while also serving as the primary liaison with our third-party IT provider to manage office-related IT systems and support. This is a hybrid role requiring both field-level construction tech knowledge and general IT coordination skills, ensuring seamless tech operations across both project sites and corporate offices.\nConstruction Technology (Primary Focus):\nLead the implementation, management, and optimization of Procore across all construction projects.\nServe as the primary Procore administrator: configure project templates, manage user access, and oversee system workflows.\nTrain and support internal staff and subcontractors on Procore usage and best practices.\nAnalyze construction workflows to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements.\nIntegrate Procore with related systems (e.g., accounting, scheduling, document control).\nStay up to date on construction tech trends and recommend tools that enhance productivity, safety, and quality.\nDevelop and document SOPs for technology use on job sites and in the office.\nOffice IT Coordination:\nAct as the internal point of contact for all office-related IT issues, coordinating with our third-party IT provider to ensure timely resolution.\nManage onboarding/offboarding of employees with regard to IT equipment, access, and software tools.\nMaintain inventory of computers, software licenses, and hardware assets.\nSupport IT-related needs for internal communications tools, printers, video conferencing, file storage, and security systems.\nParticipate in IT planning related to office expansions, upgrades, or system rollouts.\nHelp define basic internal IT procedures and escalate more complex issues to the third-party IT team as needed.\nData & Integrations (APIs / Automation)\nDesign, build, and maintain integrations with Procore via its APIs and webhooks.\nAutomate data flows between Procore and accounting systems, scheduling (e.g., Primavera P6), document control, and reporting platforms.\nDevelop Python scripts and lightweight applications (e.g., internal utilities, dashboards, data quality checks) to automate routine tasks and reporting (RFIs/submittals, safety metrics, daily logs, cost forecasts).\nCollaborate with project teams to prototype & create workflow automations\nPower BI experience, familiar with building datasets, write DAX measures, create interactive dashboards, paginated reports, and publish to the Power BI Service.\n\nQualifications\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).\n3+ years of hands-on experience with Procore in a construction or project management role.\nFamiliarity with construction workflows and field operations.\n5+ years of experience in construction technology, IT coordination, or digital project management.\nProficiency in office IT systems, networks, and hardware (basic troubleshooting level).\nExperience managing vendor relationships or third-party service providers.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and training skills.\nProcore Certification preferred; familiarity with other platforms like Bluebeam, BIM 360, PlanGrid is a plus.\nPython experience (e.g., requests, pandas; bonus for FastAPI/Flask) for automation, data processing, and lightweight internal tools.\nExperience with databases and SQL; comfort with Git/version control.\nUnderstanding of OAuth 2.0, secrets management, and basic security best practices.\nPower BI expertise required, data modeling, DAX, creating and publishing dashboards to the Power BI Service.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
