In this pivotal role, you will support our Case Managers in providing exceptional service to clients during their challenging journey toward recovery and justice.As a dedicated and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation Case Manager Assistant, your responsibilities will include:Opening claims with auto & health insurance providers, Medicare, and Medi-CalManaging property damage, loss of use, and medical payment claimsRequesting and maintaining medical records and billingScanning and filing of important documentsKeeping client files organized with notes and activity updatesScheduling medical appointments and transportation for clientsCommunicating with clients regarding claim status and treatment plans!Requirements:Fluency in Spanish is a mustHighly organized and detail-orientedExceptional client/customer service skillsStrong team player mentalityA minimum of 3 years of experience as a Case Manager AssistantJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekSchedule:8-hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Open to all experience levels1 year in personal injury law (preferred)Language: Spanish (Required)Work Location: In-personIf you're ready to make a difference and grow with us, apply today!
