We’re fostering a culture that feels like family supportive, fun, and collaborative where every team member plays a part in bringing joy to our guests.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nAll responsibilities listed are to support all Food Court locations and 007 Kitchen and Bar.\nSupervise, train, and coach F&B team members\nOversee daily workstations and manager breaks and coverage\nSupport onboarding and ongoing training of staff\nEnsure a high level of guest satisfaction and service quality\nResolve guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly\nEnsure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations\nMonitor food preparation, handling, storage, and presentation\nConduct opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures\nEnsure proper use and care of kitchen and service equipment\nAssist with inventory control, ordering, and waste reduction\nEnsure accurate cash handling, POS usage, and daily reconciliations\nComplete daily logs, temperature checks, and operation reports\nCommunicate operational updates to team members and management\nSupport temp and team member timekeeping and attendance tracking\nEnsure food services are prepared for events including but not limited to making sure bars, buffets, or any food needed are stocked and ready.\nWill assist with events (car shows, banquets, special events) when called upon\nEnforce city and Dezerland Park Orlando policies\nComplete additional duties as assigned by management\nOther Duties:\nThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of all duties or responsibilities.
